CT Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled CT Technologist to join our radiology team. This position involves working rotating shifts, specifically 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment to working every third weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans with precision and attention to patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Document and maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT technology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) is required.
• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with EPIC software is mandatory.
• Acceptance of local candidates and those with pending state licensure.
• Only one request for time off (RTO) is permitted.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a rotating schedule, including 12-hour shifts during night hours. Weekend coverage is also required every third week. Guaranteed hours are set at 40 hours per week.
