Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse II position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This role requires the supervision and direction of various levels of assigned nursing staff as well as the coordination of care with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including both medical and surgical patients.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans.
• Supervise and manage the activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance quality of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
