Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess needs effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records.

Shift Details

This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• A valid, permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license is required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
