Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience as a Case Manager, specifically in Care Coordination and Discharge Planning. Hospital experience is essential.
• California state license is required.
• Pending licenses will be accepted, but candidates must possess an active license by the start date.
• First-time travelers are welcome; clinical staff will conduct a screening for first-time travelers.
• Requests for time off should not exceed 7 days.

Additional Information

• Weekend Requirements: Weekend rotation and availability to meet departmental needs are mandatory.
• Attire: Scrubs or business attire is acceptable.
