• Years of Experience: At least one year in an acute care setting

• Number of Beds: 16
• Patient Ratios: 5 to 1
• Equipment: N/A
• EHR: Cerner
• Patient Population: Geriatric

Common Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for patients with speech and language disorders, primarily in the geriatric population.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Speech Pathology program.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Personality Fit: Must be adaptable and possess strong communication skills.
