Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injuries, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient health status and rehabilitation progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting rehabilitation strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies and provide emotional support throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and licensure in rehabilitation or therapy-related fields.
• Proven experience in acute rehabilitation settings is preferred.
