Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a position in the Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a dedicated and skilled RN looking to make a significant impact in urgent care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Perform emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Department.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is required.

Shift Information

This position requires night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Duration

This is a 13-week travel assignment.
