ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
About the Position
The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit setting. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
- Assist with procedures and provide support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Schedule
This position offers a night shift schedule of 7 PM to 7 AM.
