Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is within a dynamic and fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) that handles over 100,000 visits annually and is recognized as one of the busiest trauma centers in the region. The facility serves a diverse patient population and is equipped to manage complex cases effectively, including those involving boarder patients.

Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Manage and assist in the treatment of a wide range of medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Current RN License in New York.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• Previous travel experience in an emergency room setting.

Certifications:

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification.
