ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide quality healthcare to patients in a critical care setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Position Overview

This position is a full-time role requiring flexibility in shift coverage, including weekends and on-call as needed. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU/CCU environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize Meditech for patient documentation and electronic health record management.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU and CCU experience required.
• Completion of at least 2 travel assignments preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH.
• Experience using Meditech is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
