Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN): ICU/CCU

We are seeking a skilled Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Coronary Care Unit (CCU) nursing to join our team for a rewarding opportunity. In this position, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a critical care environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EHR.
• Participate in unit activities and contribute to the overall functioning of the department.

Position Information:

• Specialty: ICU/CCU
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As needed or every other weekend
• Call Requirements: As needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU and CCU nursing experience.
• At least 2 travel assignments completed.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH.
• Experience using Meditech EHR is preferred.

Unit Information:

• Trauma Level: III
• Serves a diverse patient population of all ages.

Dress Code:

Scrubs of any color are acceptable, while attire must remain professional and non-offensive.
