Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

A Women’s Health Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in OB/GYN clinic settings. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience and must have prior travel experience. Proficiency in Epic electronic medical records is required. Candidates should provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid medical/religious exemption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a women’s health setting, specifically related to obstetrics and gynecology.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards of care.
• Participate in patient assessment and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Work Schedule

This position is a full-time opportunity with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is no on-call duty or weekend work required.

Additional Requirements

• Mandatory emergency staffing requirements may apply, including the potential for mandatory overtime as needed.
• Please submit time off requests sparingly during the assignment; all requests must be approved prior to confirmation.
• Candidates may be required to float or be reassigned to different departments or units within a 30-mile radius, based on clinical competence.

Certifications

• BLS certification is required.
