Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in various pediatric intensive care units. This position requires willingness to float between multiple locations as needed.

Job Details

• Number of Openings: 12
• Full-Time Equivalents: Six 0.9 (36 hours/week) and six 1.2 (48 hours/week)
• Shift: Day/Night shifts available, scheduled as straight days or straight nights
• Shift Length: 12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekends: Required every other weekend
• Assignment Length: 12 weeks
• Start Date: Multiple start dates available

Uniform

Royal blue scrub bottoms and a kid-friendly shirt or scrub top are required for this position.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license or MN Temporary Permit-RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• A minimum of 18 months experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), with proficiency in caring for specific patient populations
• Ability to manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients, as well as trauma cases in PICU or cardiac patients in CVICU
