Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process. This role involves supervising various levels of nursing staff and collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include coordinating care delivery, promoting health, and ensuring a safe environment while participating in discharge planning to maintain continuity of care.

Essential Functions

• Collect and analyze pertinent patient health data.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans and interventions.
• Evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
• Delegate and coordinate duties among team members appropriately.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• At least two years of recent nursing experience in a related field is preferred.

Shift Schedule

This position is for the night shift, with a requirement for rotating weekends.
