Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Join our dedicated team in the Burn and Pediatric Trauma Intensive Care Unit, where you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. This role demands a strong background in adult care, paired with specialized knowledge in managing burn and trauma patients.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 3x12s, 1900-0730
• Patient Ratios: 1:1-3
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend with some flexibility
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off 1 shift per every 2-week pay period

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of critical care nursing experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Current certifications required: ACLS, VLS
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, including a required test
• Experience in adult populations is essential; candidates with only pediatric ICU experience will not be considered

Additional Information

• The unit is an 18-bed Burn and Pediatric Trauma ICU.
• Travelers will be assigned patients based on their skill level
• Staffing may require floating to other ICU units as needed
• Daily onsite parking fees apply; offsite parking options available with shuttle service
