Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room (ER) department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ER setting.
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in crisis interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Active Minnesota RN License.
• Current certifications: NIHSS, BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS (AHA only) or ENPC, and TNCC.

Additional Information

• Night shifts available, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Floating to other areas may be required as needed.
• Weekend and holiday shifts may be required as needed.
• No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted.
