Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This position requires expertise in administering radiopharmaceuticals and conducting diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nuclear medicine and be capable of performing procedures safely and effectively.

Shift Information

• Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: Available for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, for a total of 36 to 48 hours in one workweek.
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine preferred; first-timers are welcome to apply.
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), and Indiana state license.
• Experience with Cerner and Community Hospital environments is required.
• Ability to float to other facilities as needed.

Patient Care

This role primarily involves working with adult and geriatric patients, ensuring that each patient receives high-quality care and attention throughout their diagnostic imaging process.
