Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing activities among various levels of nursing staff and coordinating care with different disciplines, using critical thinking and professional judgment.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Collecting relevant data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
- Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Developing and implementing care plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and safety.
- Evaluating progress toward achieving patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Providing educational opportunities for patients, their families, and team members.
- Participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegating responsibilities and coordinating the duties of the healthcare team effectively.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from an approved vendor as per policy.
- Certification in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) from an approved vendor is required.
Essential Functions

- Facilitate a supportive learning environment for patients and families.
