Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care within our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent nursing experience (within the last 3 years).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Proficient in basic arrhythmia recognition skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
