Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and promote participation in therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and improve patient quality of life.
• Document patient care activities in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Current state licensure or certification in the designated therapy discipline.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred, specifically dealing with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, or orthopedic injuries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and team members.
• Ability to adapt treatment techniques based on individual patient responses and recovery goals.
