• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years required

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 34
• Patient Ratios: 1:7
• EHR: Pinpoint
• Patient Population: 16 years and older

Qualifications:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous experience as an LPN in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited program.

First Day Instructions:

• Scrub Color: Eggplant for LPNs
• Time to Report: 6:45 AM
• Who to Ask for Upon Arrival: Charge Nurse
• Parking: Available in any non-visitor marked space
