Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Nursing)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for Critical Care to provide high-quality care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This role requires a compassionate professional who thrives in challenging environments and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, procedures, and post-discharge expectations.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
• Prior experience caring for CCU patients is essential.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in a mid to large healthcare facility preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility’s permanent address.
• Availability for a 13-week commitment, including every other weekend and holiday.
