Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outpatient pediatric services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality speech and language care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills in pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support patient development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy and related fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
