Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the care and recovery of patients in a short-term acute care setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and recovery goals.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for patients.
• Float to other units as needed based on skill set and unit needs.

Working Conditions

• Shift: Day 3×12-Hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend
• Staffing Ratios: 1:4 patient ratio

Special Requirements

• Must have access to a vehicle for transportation between assigned locations.
• Travelers may float to multiple locations based on staffing needs and skill sets.
