Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Specialty unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care during shifts from 0700 to 1930.
• Float to other units or facilities as required based on patient care needs.
• Cover weekend shifts on a rotating basis, varying according to unit requirements.
• Utilize the EPIC documentation system for patient records.
• Administer medications using the Omnicell system.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
• Experience in Telemetry, ER Holding, and Cardiac Tele preferred.
• First-time travelers will be considered based on relevant experience.

Schedule

This position requires a 3×12-hour work schedule, totaling 36 hours per week. Flexibility is essential, as scheduling may vary based on unit needs.
