Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers a day shift schedule, with required hours ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic electronic health records and the ability to float between Medical-Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in floating to different units when required, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state of practice.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
