Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position requires a flexible schedule, with weekend shifts and night watch duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition, documenting changes and communicating with physicians as needed.
• Assist with patient education and support, ensuring patients and families understand care procedures.
• Float between units as necessary within the scope of practice.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Work every other weekend.
• No schedule requests can be accommodated.
• Shifts consist of three 12-hour night shifts per week (19:00 – 07:30).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
• Open to first-time travelers.

Compliance and Holidays

• Full compliance with all requirements is necessary to start on time.
• Travelers are expected to work major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day as per schedule.
