Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with a focus on Neuro PCU. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, including recent experience within the last 12 months.

Shift Information

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week; 24 hours guaranteed
• Floating required between similar units, as necessary

Weekend and On-Call Requirements

Weekend and on-call requirements will be determined by the facility’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit with a focus on Neuro cases.
• Float between assigned units, supporting various departments as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain optimal patient care standards.
• Perform assessments, monitor patient progress, and implement appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted nursing license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Life support certifications: BLS and ACLS from approved vendors.
• Ability to start on the designated start date or within one week.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must not exceed 7 days and cannot be scheduled during the first week of the assignment.
• Driver’s license required to verify residency.
• Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• No hits on the state license to practice.
