Surgical Technologist

Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective care of patients in the operating room environment. This role involves the preparation, assembly, and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment, as well as the scrubbing of a variety of surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and therapeutic patient care in the operating room.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage as required.
• Prepare and assemble operating room instrumentation and equipment.
• Scrub in on various surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Washington State Surgical Technologist license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card upon hire.
