Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical Surgical nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: 12-hour Nights
• Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend and holidays if needed

Patient Population

This position focuses on the care of adult and geriatric patients requiring Medical Surgical services.

Dress Code

Professional scrubs without logos are required.

Electronic Medical Record System

The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system.

Orientation

No non-billable orientation hours are included for this position.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required
• Willingness to float to other units as necessary
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is needed
• Travelers must have their own vehicle
• Permanent address of the traveler must be included in the profile

Compliance Requirements

All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance. Required documentation must be uploaded to the designated system.

• Skills Checklist for Medical Surgical nursing, current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Active NIH Stroke Certification

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Certification

State License Requirements

A valid New Hampshire RN license is required for this position.
