Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to advocating for patients while administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage patient medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health, documenting any changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and other relevant certifications may be required.
