Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing appropriate nursing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for responses and side effects.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on unit or specialty.

Work Environment

The Registered Nurse will be expected to work in various settings, which may include general medical-surgical units, critical care, or specialty units. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations are essential for success in this role.
