Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients based on established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement appropriate nursing interventions, and evaluate patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care processes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Previous nursing experience in a relevant setting is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be necessary.
