Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional rehabilitation services to patients in need of assistance with their physical abilities and functional limitations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.

Employment Requirements

• Must possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and verification of professional license or certification is required.
• Pre-employment physical and annual tuberculosis screening must be completed before employment.
