Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves working independently with pediatric patients in an acute care setting, providing essential rehabilitation services to improve their physical function and overall well-being.

Shift Information

• Any 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 18:00.
• Typical schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00.
• Opportunity available for 13-26 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy is required.
• Valid California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work independently while managing patient care.

Additional Information

• Free parking is available at the facility.
• Charting is completed using Epic software.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
