Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric therapy and be comfortable working independently in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each child.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with facility policies.

Shift Details

This position requires availability for any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required.
• California Physical Therapist License required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage patient care.
• Must include all requests for time off (RTO) at the time of submission.

Additional Information

• Position available for a contract length of 13-26 weeks.
• Guaranteed hours with the facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
