Job Description

This position is for a Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR). The successful candidate will have significant experience in an OR setting and will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Administer medications and oversee patient care during surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist in post-operative care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with all required certifications.
• Prior experience in an operating room setting is mandatory.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
