Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the delivery of essential medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in various conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing license or conditional license in hand.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required, reflecting the mixed adult and pediatric care responsibilities.
• Proven experience in an emergency room setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Work Schedule

This position requires the ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically during mid-afternoon to early morning hours.
