NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a NICU specialty.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess the health status of patients, documenting findings appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Participate in family education and support.
• May float to other units as needed based on experience.

Schedule

• Shifts: Night, 3×12 hours (18:00 – 06:30).
• Weekends: Every other weekend, with possible adjustments based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a NICU specialty.
• Certifications: BCLS, NRP, and PALS required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be provided at the time of submission.
