NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care for our neonatal patients in a Level III NICU, handling an average of 190 births per month.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Night, 3×12-Hour (18:00 – 06:30)
• Weekends: Required every other weekend, with potential for additional shifts based on unit needs
• Floating: May float to similar units as necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in health status.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with at least 1 year in a NICU specialty.
• Current certifications in BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are required.
• Couplet care experience is preferred for those who may float fully to MB.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
