NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for critically ill newborns and supporting their families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ health status, document care, and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support families by providing education on newborn care and conditions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a NICU setting.
• Current certifications: BCLS, NRP, PALS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unit needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift schedule consisting of 3 shifts per week. Weekend shifts may be required to accommodate unit needs.

Additional Details

• Floating to similar units may be required, particularly for couplet care experience.
• All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application.
