NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of the NICU unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a supportive environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and health status, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate and support families regarding their infants’ conditions and care plans.

Shift Details

This position is for the night shift, working three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Requirements

• Enjoyment of diverse clinical experiences—position will float between units as needed.
• Availability for variable weekend shifts is required.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3, ensuring optimal care delivery.
• Initial commitment options include 48 hours or 13 weeks at 36 hours if it supports recruitment needs.

Additional Information

Shift block schedules are not applicable for this role. The candidate must be adaptable and ready to provide excellent care across different settings within the unit.
