Pharmacist

Shift Information: Nights (2000 – 0630) every other weekend. No guaranteed hours to accommodate a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Minimum Years of Experience: 1.0

Certifications/Requirements:

• General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)

Department Description:

The Pharmacy teams are staffed by leading experts on a wide array of medications, making critical decisions to optimize patients’ drug therapy.

Experience/Education/Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required upon submission.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
