Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med/Surg to provide high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient progress and report significant changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and schedules.
• Required clearances and screenings as mandated by state regulations prior to starting work.

Additional Information

This position requires the ability to start within two weeks and cannot accommodate any holiday time-off requests. Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays, and all candidates must fulfill the necessary requirements before beginning employment.
