Mammography Technologist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other medical personnel.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mammography.
• MQSA log is highly preferred.

Work Schedule

This position offers a standard schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Holiday Availability

Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).
