Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality mammography procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position requires adherence to established protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mammography examinations on patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain a sterile and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent patient care and support throughout the imaging process.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
• Keep accurate records of procedures performed and assist in preparing reports.
• Follow safety standards and infection control procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT(R)) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Washington state Radiologic Technologist license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

This position offers two potential scheduling options: four 10-hour shifts with alternating days off during the week. No weekend shifts are required, though weekend work may be available to accommodate upcoming holidays when the department is closed during the week.

Contract Duration

The initial contract will be for a duration of 13 weeks.
