Job Overview

Join a dedicated team as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients with various health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.

Requirements

• Preferred pediatric nursing experience.
• Ability to float between units as needed.
• Weekend availability for a minimum of five shifts within a six-week period.
• Expected patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:3-5.

Work Schedule

• 3×12-hour day shifts (07:00 – 19:00).
• No block scheduling available.
• On-call may be required based on unit census.

Additional Information

• Free parking is available in unrestricted areas.
• Bicycle racks are provided for staff use.
• All registered nurses should wear navy scrubs.
