ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel position that will begin as soon as possible. The assignment will last for 13 weeks and will involve night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care and responses in accordance with facility policies.
• Occasionally float to other units as required by department needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience is required.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Experience with balloon pump, Impella, and trauma care is preferred.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
