Rehabilitation Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Nurse (RN) to join our team in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This facility is focused on treating and supporting individuals who are recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and monitor patient progress throughout the recovery journey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and self-care techniques.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
