Rehabilitation Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing specialized care to patients recovering from significant injuries or illnesses. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with a focus on rehabilitation needs and recovery goals.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for patients with various rehabilitation needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Work Schedule
